This is not only a DIY directory or for one specific genre. You can search a variety of ways to find not for profit organizations near you, like you, different than you, with a silkscreen or recording studio to use.
You should be listed if:
The AMP mission makes sense to you and your organization has these components:
- Youth access - ages 13-25
- Music production - shows, records, artist development in hip hop, rock, punk, noise, hardcore, etc
- Community focus - opportunities for activism, action, engagement, popular education, leadership development
**You do not have to be operating legally or have your official nonprofit status.**
These things don't fit:
- Commercial ventures -charging market rates for music classes, rentals, etc
- Programs of churches or religious institutions
- Groups producing events that are 18 or 21+ , i.e. not all-ages
